*Organizer will provide free direct bus rides between Toucheng train station and the event location.
With the 8/9 train ticket stub (limiting to stations departing from outside of Yilan County, and arriving at Toucheng station or Wai-ao station), visitors could exchange for one free ticket at the service center near the entrance.

B．Passenger Transport Bus：Taipei<-->Taipei Yilan Highway <-->Toucheng Interchange
With the proof of purchase for the 8/9 Capital Star bus ticket (limiting to stations departing from Taipei, and arriving at Toucheng Jiaosi station)，visitors could exchange for one free ticket at the service center near the entrance.

C．Taxi： *Departing from Taipei, around a 50 minute commute
With the taxi receipt from 北三聯隊 on 8/9 (limiting to fares over NT$1000), visitors could exchange for two free ticket at the service center near the entrance.

2. Toucheng>>>Taipei：
*Event location will have "8 passengers microbus" available (Going to Taipei, Keelung, Yilan, and etc.)，the pick up location will be at the first aid station nearby the entrance.

3. Yilan Taxi：
• The taxi of Yilan county will charge according to the meter.
• Taxi Fare：The first 1.5KM will be NT$120，and additional NT$5 for every 300M
• Idle Time Charges：When traffic is slower than 5KM/hr, it will be NT$5 for every 2 minute.
• Night Time Extra Charges：From 23:00 until 06:00, there will be a 20% extra charge. The charges will be as the followings, first 1.25KM will be NT$120；additional NT$5 for every 250M；when traffic goes slower than 5KM/hr, additional NT$5 will be charged for every 100 second.
D．Driving： *Departing from Taipei City，around a 50 minute commute

1. Take the National Highway No.5 on southbound, exit Toucheng interchange, follow the sign for the 「Yilan International Rain Festival in Wai-ao」 (along the 台2庚線 towards the Toucheng direction, drive about 15 min, and arrival at the Wushih Harbor nearby 台2線).
2. Take the National Highway No.5 on southbound, along the 台2線 towards the Toucheng direction, make a left turn when arriving at the Wushih Harbor park next to the 台2線.
3. Take the Su-Ao Hualien Highway on northbound, along the 台2線 for about 50 minutes, then continue on the 台2庚線 towards the Toucheng direction for 15 min, arrival at the Wushih Harbor next to the 台2線.
4. Take the National Highway No.5 on northbound, exit the Toucheng interchange then drive along 台2庚線 towards Toucheng direction, drive for another 15 min, and arrival at the Wushih Harbor next to the 台2線.
